Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Manager to join our team. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing nursing staff, ensuring quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent clinical skills, and a passion for enhancing the well-being of our residents.

$78,000-$83,200

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support nursing staff in daily operations Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies Provide direct nursing care as needed Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations Maintain accurate medical records and documentation Foster a positive and professional work environment
Qualifications:
