RN Float Manager

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and flexible RN Float Manager to join our long-term care team. The RN Float Manager provides clinical leadership and nursing support throughout the facility by assisting in various nursing units as needed. This role helps ensure quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and adequate nursing coverage while supporting nursing staff and management.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide nursing leadership and support across multiple units as needed. Assist with staffing coverage for call-offs, vacancies, or high census areas. Monitor and ensure quality of resident care and compliance with care plans. Support and supervise nursing staff including LPNs and CNAs. Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident assessments. Ensure compliance with state and federal long-term care regulations. Respond to clinical concerns and assist with resolving resident care issues. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote positive resident outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.

Qualifications:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to adapt to different units and work effectively with various teams.

Pay:

$35.00 - $40.00 per hour
