Job Description

Episcopal Homes of Minnesota is a nonprofit senior living organization with over 130 years of service in St. Paul. We provide a full continuum of care including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, and Hospice services. Our mission-driven team is committed to providing compassionate, resident-centered care while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee nursing services and support high-quality resident care across our senior living communities. This leadership role is responsible for clinical oversight, staff supervision, care coordination, regulatory compliance, and ensuring residents receive exceptional care that supports dignity, safety, and well-being.

10:30am-6:30pm
NO WEEKENDS OR ONCALL
Wage:
$38.17-$46.57/hr. What You'll Do Conduct resident assessments and develop individualized care plans Monitor resident conditions and update care plans as needed Oversee medication management and ensure physician order compliance Communicate with physicians, families, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams Supervise and support licensed and unlicensed nursing staff Provide staff coaching, training, orientation, and performance oversight Ensure proper staffing coverage and scheduling coordination Maintain compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations Participate in audits, infection control initiatives, and quality improvement efforts Address resident and family concerns professionally and promptly Support transitions of care including hospital discharges and hospice coordination Serve as an on-call nursing resource as needed Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota in good standing Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Proficiency with electronic medical records and basic computer systems Ability to work collaboratively within a team-focused environment Preferred Previous experience in long-term care, assisted living, home care, or public health nursing Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting Knowledge of Minnesota senior living regulations and compliance standards Physical Requirements Ability to move throughout the workday and navigate multiple care settings Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 75 pounds Frequent standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching Ability to assess residents and operate clinical equipment safely and effectively At Episcopal Homes of Minnesota, we value a diverse, inclusive workforce and we provide equal employment opportunity for all applicants and employees.
