Guiding Star Wakota is seeking a part-time Nurse Manager to lead and oversee our medical services while providing exceptional, client-centered care in a life-affirming environment. This position offers the opportunity to combine direct patient care with leadership, staff development, and program oversight in a faith-based nonprofit dedicated to empowering women and families. About Us Guiding Star Wakota is a Catholic, life-affirming women's center committed to providing compassionate medical care, education, and practical support to women and families. Our team believes every person deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and compassion. Position Summary The Nurse Manager oversees our medical programs, including pregnancy testing, limited obstetrical ultrasound services, and Abortion Pill Reversal (APR). Working closely with the Medical Director and Director of Client Services, this role ensures high-quality clinical care, compliance with medical standards, staff training, and excellent client experiences. This position combines hands-on nursing care with leadership responsibilities, making it ideal for an RN who enjoys mentoring others while continuing to care for patients.
