We are currently seeking a Medical Records and Central Supply Clerk.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Receive, inspect, and document incoming medical and facility supplies Maintain accurate inventory records for medical and non-medical supplies Issue supplies to nursing, dietary, housekeeping, and other departments as needed Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies Ensure proper storage and organization of supplies in compliance with healthcare standards Assist with documentation and reporting related to supply usage and inventory levels Support infection control and safety protocols related to supply storage and handling
Requirements:
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare or medical supply experience preferred Previous experience in a healthcare or nursing facility supply or inventory role is a plus
