Licensed Practical Nurse - Charge Nurse

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a passion for delivering exceptional resident care. As a Night Charge Nurse, you will oversee daily nursing operations, coordinate resident care and ensure compliance with healthcare standards. T Duties Assume responsibility for supervising nursing staff during assigned shifts, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow. Coordinate resident assessments, vital sign monitoring, and comprehensive physical examinations to inform individualized care plans. Administer medications, injections, IV infusions, and other treatments following established protocols while ensuring medication safety and proper documentation. Oversee medical documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems such as ESC/American Data, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Ensure infection control practices are strictly followed to prevent the spread of infectious diseases within the facility. We offer excellent medical, dental, vision and life insurance. We have an employee-based daycare on site for children 6 weeks to 5 years old. You will only work 3 Nights a week 12 hours shifts 6p-6:30a with some weekends.
