Nursing Full Job Description Job Title:

Registered Nurse 12-hour shifts Discover a nursing environment where support, collaboration, and growth come first.

Requirements:

Minimum associate's degree in nursing. RN license required

Responsibilities:

Evaluates assigned patients; plans, implements, and documents nursing care. Assists physicians during examinations and procedures; administers medications and treatments per policy. Assesses resident conditions, responds to clinical needs, and documents care accurately and timely.
