Qualifications:
Valid RN license to practice in Mississippi. Experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a geriatric or long-term care setting. Proven leadership abilities with previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role. Strong knowledge of geriatric nursing principles, practices, and regulations. Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and staff members. CPR certification and updated immunizations.
