Essential Qualifications:
Demonstrates leadership and can organize, plan and supervise the Nursing Department in coordination with other resident services. Demonstrates the ability to adhere to departmental budget. Maintains effective interpersonal relationships. Implement changes as determined by the Nursing Director. Must demonstrate ability to follow policies, procedures, practices, and direction without the direct supervision of the Director of Nursing. Must demonstrate ability to evaluate the geriatric resident's needs and implement systems.
