Provides clinical experience as a registered nurse and supervises nurses that provide direct patient care. Creates and manages staff schedules and ensures that hospital policies and procedures are followed. Manages budget and recordkeeping for the unit.

Position Summary:
The Nurse Manager is responsible for overseeing nursing operations within an assigned unit, including supervision of nursing staff, ensuring adherence to clinical policies and standards, and collaborating with leadership to optimize patient care delivery.
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program. Current state license as Registered Nurse
CPR/BCLS
certification Two (2) years of rehab nursing experience
Preferred Qualifications:
BSN ACLS CRRN
Six (6) months' Medical/Surgical experience Six (6) months to One (1) Rehabilitation experience Two (2) years of supervisory experience
