THE DIFFERENCE YOU WILL MAKE

Direct the day-to-day functions of the community including hiring, supervising, and directing staff in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards Manage the coordination of care for residents, including the dissemination of information to families, staff, physicians, and third-party providers Assist the Executive Director to ensure that policies, procedures, and state regulations are being followed Cover shifts as needed, assisting residents with cleaning, bathing, dressing, eating, personal care, and hygiene Communicate with other healthcare staff and department personnel; relate information concerning resident's condition; maintain written records and documentation as required Maintain communication with the residents, their families, support personnel, etc., to assure that the resident's needs are continually met. health care, independent living, active, events, patient care, dementia, caregiver, immediately hiring, nursing home, aide, assisted living, memory care, hiring immediately, senior living
