Up to $12,000 Sign-On Bonus Lead with Confidence. Care with Compassion. The Greens at Weaverville is seeking an experienced and dedicated Nurse Supervisor (LPN or RN) to lead our 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM nursing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional resident care while mentoring and supporting fellow nursing staff. As the evening Nurse Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring quality resident care, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive, team-oriented environment. Working alongside physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team, you'll help ensure every resident receives the highest level of care from admission through discharge. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care in accordance with each resident's individualized plan of care, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and accurate documentation. Supervise, mentor, and support Nursing Assistants and nursing staff throughout the shift. Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes to physicians and other members of the healthcare team. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility policies, procedures, and regulations. Serve as the clinical leader and primary resource for the nursing team during the evening shift. Promote a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and compassionate resident care. Assist in maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. Current, active, and unencumbered North Carolina LPN or RN license. Current CPR Certification. Minimum of one (1) year of long-term care experience preferred.
