Practice Administrator Position Overview Triangle Physicians for Women is seeking a compassionate, experienced, and organized Clinical RN Supervisor to lead our clinical team. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations, supervising clinical staff, promoting high-quality patient care, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and practice standards. The Clinical RN Supervisor will serve as a clinical resource, mentor, and leader while fostering a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise, mentor, coach, and evaluate Medical Assistants and other clinical support staff to promote professional growth and accountability. Oversee daily clinical operations, including patient flow, staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure efficient clinic operations. Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, infection prevention standards, OSHA, HIPAA, and other applicable regulatory requirements. Provide clinical oversight and direct nursing support as needed, including patient assessments, telephone triage, medication administration, and assistance with OB/GYN procedures to ensure safe, high-quality patient care. Serve as a clinical resource for providers and staff, assisting with complex patient care issues and clinical decision-making. Collaborate with providers and the OB Coordinator to ensure patients receive comprehensive education regarding pregnancy, gynecologic health, preventive care, postoperative recovery, and treatment plans. Monitor clinical quality metrics, patient outcomes, and adverse events, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Ensure timely, accurate, and complete documentation within the electronic health record (Athena experience preferred). Develop, update, and implement clinical policies, procedures, workflows, and staff education programs. Coordinate onboarding, training, competency assessments, and ongoing education for clinical staff. Address patient concerns and complaints promptly while promoting excellent customer service and patient satisfaction. Participate in leadership meetings and collaborate with providers and administration to improve clinical operations, patient safety, and overall practice performance. Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, continuous improvement, and exceptional patient care. Qualifications Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina. Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience, including at least three (3) years in OB/GYN, maternal health, or women's health. Previous clinical leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of OB/GYN clinical workflows, procedures, and nursing standards. Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and solve problems in a fast-paced outpatient setting. Experience with electronic health records (Athena preferred). Thorough understanding of HIPAA, OSHA, infection prevention, and quality assurance principles. Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Previous outpatient OB/GYN practice experience. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
