Friday Job Summary:
Join our team as an RN Supervisor , where you'll play a key role in ensuring quality care and smooth clinical operations. You'll lead and support a team of licensed and certified nursing staff, make critical care decisions, and foster a safe, resident-focused environment.
What You'll Do:
Supervise and guide nursing staff in delivering exceptional resident care Plan and coordinate daily staffing with the Shift Manager Respond to emergencies and make nursing judgments beyond routine staff decisions Monitor patient care standards and ensure policy compliance Communicate with physicians and families regarding care updates or concerns Support staff development, performance discussions, and corrective actions when needed Provide technical nursing assistance and leadership during rounds and treatments Ensure proper documentation, cleanliness, safety, and infection control on the unit
What We're Looking For:
