Outpatient surgical / endoscopy centers Requirements Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required Active, unencumbered RN license (NC or compact state) 1+ years of clinical nursing experience; at least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience preferred BLS required; ACLS required within 6 months of hire Job Duties Oversee daily clinical operations across two outpatient endoscopy centers Supervise, delegate, and support nursing staff; provide coaching, evaluations, and ongoing training Ensure high-quality patient care through chart review, care plan oversight, and clinical intervention as needed Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and accreditation requirements Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and resolve clinical issues Support quality improvement initiatives, incident investigations, and patient safety efforts Manage staffing schedules, inventory, and operational workflows to ensure efficient clinic operations

Additional Information Schedule:

Full-time, Monday-Friday (flexible 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Salary:

$110,000 - $120,000 (DOE)

Travel:

Mileage reimbursement provided between sites
