Full Job Description What We Offer:
The House Supervisor will act as the in-house administrative representative and resource person for all patients, staff, staff physicians, and visitors. This is a PRN role working 6:00PM - 6:00AM at Presbyterian Medical Center. Let Novant Health be the destination for your professional growth. What We're Looking For:
Education:
4 Year / Bachelors Degree - BSN/BA/BS, required. Graduate Degree, preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of five (5) years previous critical care nursing experience, required. Previous management experience, preferred.
Licensure/Certification:
Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required. Additional Skills (required): Has knowledge, skills, and ability necessary to modify care and interpret information to identify each patient's requirements for care according to patient's age, health and developmental status. Has demonstrated sound and effective problem-solving and decision-making skills, good interpersonal skills, and good intra and interdepartmental relationships. Additional Skills (preferred): Clemmons Medical Center and Kernersville Medical Center require critical care or ED experience.
