Nealy Pierce has partnered with a growing 300+ bed non-profit community hospital near Fayetteville, NC to recruit an ICU Manager to join its leadership team. Why This Role You'll lead a 19-bed ICU with a solid team already in place Oversee ~40 FTEs with support from supervisors, charge nurses and an educator The hospital is performing well and Level III Trauma designation is in progress About the Area Enjoy more space, less traffic, and a lower cost of living - while staying within easy reach of Raleigh and the North Carolina coast.
