Position:
RN Weekend Supervisor Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Current, active, unrestricted North Carolina RN license. Current CPR certification. Minimum of one (1) year of Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and clinical assessment skills. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care in accordance with individualized resident care plans, including: Medication administration Resident assessments Wound care Accurate and timely documentation Supervise and support Nursing Assistants and nursing staff during weekend shifts. Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes to physicians and the interdisciplinary team. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations. Promote a safe, compassionate, and respectful environment for residents, families, and staff. Serve as the clinical leader for the weekend nursing team.
