Job Description

Position Summary The Assistant Manager, Nursing (ANM) supports the Nurse Manager in the supervision and coordination of nursing services within a designated patient care area. This role involves planning, providing, supervising, and documenting professional nursing care using the nursing process for patients in accordance with provider orders and established policies and procedures. The ANM plays a key role in promoting quality outcomes, staff development, operational efficiency, and a culture of excellence in patient and family-centered care.
Minimum Requirements Licensure:
Current North Carolina unrestricted RN license is required.
Certifications required:
American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and PALS Education:
Associate's Degree of Nursing (ADN) is required Bachelor's Degree of Nursing is preferred
Experience:
Two to three years of clinical nursing experience. Specialty experience (OR) is required for this position. Previous leadership or charge nurse experience is preferred. Pay Range Assistant Nurse Manager hourly range > $43.40
