In the Operating Room, the Surgical Services RN Manager will guide a dynamic perioperative environment (main surgical suite, OR theaters, and procedural spaces) where complex cases, multispecialty service lines, and modern technology accelerate nursing leadership growth. Reporting directly to the Director of Surgical Services, the Surgical Services RN Manager will have 24/7 operational accountability for the OR with resources that include educator support, charge leadership, business analytics, and perioperative informatics. The Surgical Services RN Manager will drive staffing and scheduling, surgeon and anesthesia collaboration, quality improvement and infection prevention, block utilization and throughput, supply chain and SPD partnership, budgeting, accreditation readiness, onboarding and competency validation, and a culture of Just Culture safety.
