If providing compassionate, high quality care is your passion, UHC would like for you to join our team as the In-Home Aide Supervisor. Specific responsibilities of this position will include: Traveling throughout the local region Assessing client's activities of daily living and evaluating client's home environment. Conducting initial assessments, supervisory visits and reassessments as needed. Being involved in day-to-day management of client needs working closely with the Office Manager to maximize client and employee satisfaction, and compliance. Provide new hire orientation and training of aides. Meet with potential clients to assess needs and work with them and their family to develop a plan of care to be followed by in-home aide staff. Regularly reevaluate the client's needs and work to provide the needed services for our clients to thrive in a home setting. Caregiver skills competency verification. Supervise, educate and coach nursing aide staff. Marketing with local referral sources. Involvement with community marketing activities with the HLC Marketing Team to expand awareness of our services.
