Job Description
Christian-based Family Care Homes in Mooresville are hiring a Supervisor-in-Charge to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure compassionate care for residents. This role ensures compliance with NC DHSR regulations. Living within 20 minutes of the Facility will be a major advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train caregivers; manage schedules and performance
- Oversee resident care and ensure staff follow care plans
- Maintain compliance with NC DHSR adult/family care home regulations
- Conduct safety and cleanliness inspections
- Communicate with families, healthcare providers, and regulatory agencies
- Respond promptly to emergencies and document incidents
- Maintain inventory and supplies
- Promote a compassionate, respectful, and Christian care environment
Requirements:
- CNA or PCA certification preferred
- Med Tech, a must
- Knowledge of NC adult/family care home regulations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Dependable, professional, and compassionate
