RN Unit Manager - Full-Time | Pinehurst, NC Lead with compassion. Make a lasting impact. The Greens at Pinehurst is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to join our leadership team. If you're passionate about providing exceptional resident care while leading and mentoring a team, we'd love to meet you. As an RN Unit Manager, you'll oversee the daily clinical operations of your assigned unit, ensuring residents receive outstanding care while supporting, coaching, and developing your nursing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RN looking to grow their leadership career in a supportive, resident-centered environment. What You'll Do Provide clinical leadership and oversight for your assigned nursing unit. Supervise, mentor, and support licensed nurses and Nursing Assistants. Ensure residents receive high-quality care through assessments, medication management, care planning, wound care, and accurate documentation. Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team. Promote positive resident outcomes while maintaining compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations. Participate in interdisciplinary care plan meetings and quality improvement initiatives. Assist with on-call responsibilities as part of the nursing leadership team. What We're Looking For Active, unencumbered North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Current CPR certification. Minimum of one year of long-term care experience preferred. Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and a passion for mentoring others. Commitment to delivering exceptional resident-centered care.
