Job Description
Liberty Health is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead clinical care within our behavioral health and human services programs. In this role, you will supervise nursing staff, coordinate patient care, and ensure high-quality, person-centered services. Responsibilities include staffing oversight, clinical mentoring, care planning, medication administration oversight, and regulatory compliance. You'll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, support evidence-based practice, and help drive quality improvement initiatives that positively impact community health outcomes across diverse populations.
