Nealy Pierce is partnering with a growing, non-profit community hospital in Eastern North Carolina to recruit a Director, Acute Care Services (RN). This role offers oversight of a large inpatient division including: Med/Surg and Progressive Care services 185+ teammates Established Nurse Manager and Clinical Coordinator support structure The organization is seeking a visible, team-oriented nursing leader who enjoys mentoring frontline leaders, strengthening culture, and driving operational improvement initiatives.
