Liberty Healthcare Management in Pinehurst, NC seeks a Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead clinical care for seniors and rehabilitation patients across our continuum of services. This role oversees daily nursing operations, patient assessments, and care planning while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality, compassionate care. The RN Supervisor mentors nursing staff, coordinates with interdisciplinary teams, supports quality improvement, and responds to urgent clinical needs. Responsibilities Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care for seniors and rehab patients Oversee daily clinical operations, staffing, and workflow to maintain regulatory and safety compliance Conduct patient assessments, develop and update care plans, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams Provide clinical guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback to nurses and CNAs Monitor infection control practices, medication administration, and documentation accuracy Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and families to optimize patient outcomes and experience Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff education programs Respond to urgent clinical situations and serve as on-site nursing leader during assigned shifts Required Skills Nursing supervision Geriatric nursing care Patient assessment Care planning and coordination Clinical documentation Regulatory and compliance knowledge (long-term care/rehab) Medication administration management Infection control Interdisciplinary team collaboration Staff training and mentoring
