You'll help ensure high-quality care, support your team, resolve issues, and create a positive environment focused on successful patient recovery. What You'll Do- Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts/unit
- Provide leadership, direction, and support to nursing staff
- Help develop and implement individualized patient care programs, policies, and procedures
- Serve as a key liaison between administration, nursing leadership, and staff
- Provide real-time coaching, feedback, performance evaluations, and counseling
- Address staffing and patient-care issues and help drive effective resolutions
- Step in to provide direct patient care when needed
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs
- Promote a collaborative, team-oriented environment focused on quality outcomes

Pay Details:
