Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate RN Unit Manager to join our healthcare team. The RN Unit Manager will oversee daily nursing operations, ensure high-quality resident care, supervise nursing staff, and maintain compliance with all facility policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support nursing staff on the assigned unit Coordinate and oversee resident care plans Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations Monitor resident outcomes and address clinical concerns Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance management Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Requirements:
Active, unrestricted license as RN. BLS by
AHA COVID
card (Medical/Religious exemptions are accepted)
