In this role, you will assume full accountability for the planning, organization, coordination, and evaluation of the department. You will be crucial in delivering quality, cost-effective patient care and the overall success of the hospital organization. Responsibilities:
Oversee clinical nursing care within the unit Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to streamline workflows, optimize staff schedules, improve patient flow, and monitor the overall experience for patients and providers. Recruit, train, and develop new and tenured staff Implement performance improvement strategies as needed Develop budget and monitor the financial performance of the department
Qualifications:
Graduate from an accredited nursing program A BSN is required, MSN is preferred Active RN License 3+ years of clinical experience Additional info: Full-time, permanent position Hours Monday-Friday, days
Pay:
