WEEKEND NURSING SUPERVISOR
(LPN or RN) Cedar Healthcare Center Cedar Healthcare Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate RN or LPN Weekend Nursing Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and support during weekend operations. This position plays a vital role in ensuring quality resident care, supporting nursing staff, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Salary:
$34.10 - $52.80 Depending on Shift and Years Licensed.
Schedule:
Weekend Position Consistent Weekend Schedule Responsibilities Include:
Supervising nursing staff and overseeing daily clinical operations Ensuring high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance Providing clinical guidance, leadership, and support to nursing team members Responding to resident, family, and staff concerns Assisting with admissions, assessments, and care planning as needed Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary team members Supporting quality assurance and infection prevention initiatives Maintaining accurate documentation and clinical records
Qualifications:
Current RN or LPN license in New Hampshire Previous supervisory, charge nurse, or leadership experience Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Ability to effectively lead and support a nursing team
