Job Description

The Capacity Manager is responsible for directing patient placement activity from all areas of access (ED, OR, Direct Admits, etc). Capacity Manager collaborates with all stakeholders and is accountable for maintaining patient flow activity 24/7. Assist House Supervisor to assure continuity of care.
Qualifications:
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
1. RN required. 2. RN experience, preferably an acute care area 5+ years. Demonstrates advanced clinical knowledge and skills. Demonstrates advanced problem solving & leadership competencies. Demonstrated ability to work independently. 3. Current license by the State of New Jersey Board of Nurse Examiners in Professional Nursing 4. Knowledge and experience with computers, Outlook, Word & Excel.
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:
1. BSN.
Licenses and Certifications Required:
1. NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License.
