Hunterdon Care Center is seeking RN Supervisor to join our dynamic nursing team. We are looking for a strong, compassionate RN leader who is ready to make an impact in a supportive and team-driven environment. Currently hiring PT Morning shift, every weekends or other weekends

Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff, including assignment of duties Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care in collaboration with the healthcare team Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards Monitor patient safety and maintain high standards of care quality Support residents and families by addressing concerns and providing updates on care Manage admissions and coordinate care plans with physicians and clinical staff

Compensation:

$45/hr

Qualifications:

2 years of supervisor or leadership experience Active and valid New Jersey RN license in good standing Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Demonstrated leadership experience in a Nursing Home/skilled nursing facility. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
