Qualifications:
Master s Degree in Nursing or related field preferred Bachelor s Degree in Nursing required ACLS and
PALS CNOR
Current NJ RN License Demonstrated clinical competence with a minimum of 3 years acute care clinical surgical services experience in Nursing Prior Operating Room Clinical Manager, Assistant Manager or Supervisor experience required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Leadership and motivational skills Critical thinking, program development and project management skills Skills in group facilitation and/or team building Ability to manage division budget required Knowledge of AORN's Perioperative Standards and Recommended Practices Excellent verbal/written communication and customer services skills Demonstrates emotional maturity and ability to function effectively when under stress
