$50 per hour Join Our Team as an RN Weekend Supervisor! Artis Care Rehab and Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Weekend Supervisor to support our nursing leadership team. This part-time role is essential in maintaining high-quality resident care and ensuring smooth operations during weekend shifts.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing daily nursing department functions. Ensure nursing staff follow established job descriptions, policies, and procedures. Maintain adequate staffing for all tours of duty to support quality resident care. Conduct daily rounds to ensure personnel are performing duties according to acceptable nursing standards. Promote a supportive, positive working environment for all nursing staff.

Requirements:

Must possess an active RN license in the state. Knowledgeable in nursing and medical practices, procedures, state laws, regulations, and guidelines related to nursing care facilities. Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to work harmoniously with staff.
