Interim Resident Care Director / Interim Director of Wellness

  • Full Time Everest Management Solutions has an immediate need for a seasoned Interim Resident Care Director / Interim Director of Wellness
  • RN to assist one of our clients with the plan of correction process.
Everest Management Solutions delivers tailored management, advisory, and procurement solutions across the senior living and post-acute care continuum. We partner with healthcare organizations, lenders, REITs, owners, operators, and vendors to drive operational excellence and sustainable growth.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in
Nursing or Associate's Degree Licenses/Certification:
Valid NJ Registered Nurse license
Experience:
5+ years of clinical supervisory experience in assisted living or skilled nursing
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Team Builder
  • Skilled in directing and motivating the workforce.
Strong knowledge of the state survey process and plan of correction process Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members, and at all levels of the organization. Ability to organize and prioritize. Knowledge of training techniques. Application Question(s): Are you able to start immediately?
License/Certification:
