RN/LPN Nursing Supervisor Job Summary:

Morris View Healthcare Center, Revolutionizing Care Delivery™, is seeking a compassionate and experienced RN/LPN Nursing Supervisor to join our team! As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee the daily operations of our healthcare center, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and maintaining a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff, including LPNs, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facility standards Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and mentoring, and address work-related issues Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement care plans and services Communicate effectively with staff, residents, and families to ensure excellent customer service Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records and reports Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents, staff, and visitors

Requirements:

Current RN or LPN licensure in the state of New Jersey Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and empower staff Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
