Job Description

Overview About the Role The Clinic Nurse Manager is an experienced leader responsible for managing assigned areas and multiple services within the Liver Transplant Program, supervising assigned patient care personnel during clinic operations with 24-hourcall. The Clinic Nurse Manager is responsible for ensuring safe and effective delivery of patient care and clinical outcomes, compliance with regulatory, administrative, and clinical standards, policies, and procedures. The Clinic Nurse Manger is proficient in personnelmanagement and directs care to meet the unit demands in an efficient and cost-effective manner, as well as assisting with clinic budget management. This position reports to the Administrative Director Liver Center and also takes clinical direction from the Program's comedical directors. Responsibilities What You'll Do Provides leadership and oversight for clinic operations within the Liver Transplant Program, including multiple service areas Supervises patient care staff during daily operations Ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care and positive clinical outcomes Maintains compliance with all regulatory, administrative, and clinical policies, standards, and procedures Manages staffing and personnel functions, aligning resources with clinic needs efficiently and cost-effectively Supports budget planning and financial oversight for clinic operations Qualifications What You'll Bring Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required; MSN preferred Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience required At least two (2) years of experience in transplant or clinical care areas BLS (CPR) certification required Certification as a Certified Clinical Transplant Coordinator (CCTC) preferred and required within two (2) years of hire Ability to lead a team and maintain effectiveness and efficiency Strong oral and written communication skills Exceptional customer service skills Ability to organize and prioritize multiple issues for resolution Bilingual skills preferred Prior experience in clinical supervision/leadership preferred Experience working on a multidisciplinary team preferred What We Offer Medical & Prescription Drug Coverage Dental & Vision Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) & Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Short- & Long-Term Disability Insurance Pension Plan Pet Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Professional Development Compensation The expected salary range for this position is NS/05S-Min $111,040/Max $166,559 per year in accordance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Law; final compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
