Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic RN to supervise the ASC Staff. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of surgical patient care, documentation, and staff management, ensuring the delivery of high-quality nursing services. This role demands a proactive leader committed to fostering a collaborative environment, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and enhancing patient outcomes through effective supervision and clinical expertise. Responsibilities Oversee daily nursing operations, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements such as HIPAA and NCQA standards. Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff, promoting professional development and maintaining high team morale. Ensure accurate medical documentation using NextGen EMR while maintaining compliance with documetation. Conduct patient assessments, vital signs monitoring, and physical examinations to support comprehensive clinical evaluations. Manage resource allocation including supplies for sterile processing and specimen collection/processing. Implement infection control practices and aseptic techniques to uphold the highest standards of patient safety. Experience Strong nurse management skills. OR/Recovery experience preferred. Demonstrated proficiency with EMR/EHR systems.
