  • 7:00AM-7:00PM or 7:00PM-7:00AM | Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care Manahawkin Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Weekend Nurse Supervisor (LPN/RN) to join our weekend nursing team in Manahawkin, New Jersey.
This position is ideal for nurses who want a consistent schedule, competitive pay, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in just two days. Job Requirements Must hold a valid RN or LPN license in the state of New Jersey Must be reliable and available to work scheduled shifts per weekend Experience in long-term care or rehab setting preferred, but not required Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care Job Responsibilities Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care Monitor resident conditions, review care plans, and ensure accurate documentation Ensure infection control, medication administration and safety procedures are followed Participate in audits and inspections as needed Maintain accurate records, incident reports, and quality assurance documentation Serve as a point of contact for residents and families regarding care concerns Work closely with the Director of Nursing to improve care standards Act as a resource for problem-solving clinical or staffing issues Why Join Manahawkin Health and Rehabilitation Center We believe in supporting the people who care for our residents every day.
