Supervisor:

Supervise nursing staff and coordinate clinical care during weekend shifts Ensure proper documentation and adherence to facility policies Provide direct patient care when necessary Manage admissions, discharges, and transfers Communicate with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams Respond to emergencies and resolve issues promptly Qualifications of Registered Nurse (RN)

Supervisor:
