PM Nurse Supervisor Responsibilities Include:

Supervise and support nursing staff Respond to resident needs and clinical situations promptly Complete required overnight assignments and documentation tasks Conduct rounds and ensure facility protocols are followed Communicate any concerns to the Director of Nursing or appropriate department heads

Nurse Supervisor Qualifications:
