Clinical/Nursing Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, current NJ RN licensure. Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field, specialty certification preferred. Current CPR certification. Ability to communicate effectively. Prior supervisory/management experience preferred.

Description:

The RN Night Supervisor organizes and directs work on their assigned shift as follows: Oversees 20-25 RN, LPN, CNA Staff in providing Skilled Nursing Services for Residents and ensure quality standards are met. Provides leadership and guidance to nursing and other staff in the building. Assumes oversight for the building on their staff. Ensures compliance with policy/procedures, and regulatory standards. Ensures effective communication with residents, family members, agencies, physicians, and referral sources. Works closely with other Departments, especially

Full-Time 3 days a week position (12 hour shifts) 7:00PM-7:00AM (1 in 3 weekends- Saturday/Sunday)
