Licensed Practical Nurse-LPN Unit Manager Schedule & Benefits Schedule:

Full-time day shift, weekend on call rotation Comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including health, dental, vision, and paid time off (PTO) Tuition Reimbursement for eligible employees Career growth and advancement opportunities Licensed Practical Nurse-LPN Unit Manager Qualifications Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Practical Nurse License Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required Experience in sub-acute care in a long-term care setting preferred Prior experience managing staff is preferred Computer knowledge and experience using PointClickCare (PCC) software Licensed Practical Nurse-LPN Unit Manager Responsibilities Supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care Conduct nursing rounds on all units multiple times throughout the shift Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents, and resident family members Assess the unique needs of each patient to determine appropriate treatment plans Track treatments and patient progress according to HIPAA guidelines Coordinate with supervising physicians to ensure a smooth recovery process for residents Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, or Administrator Complete Care is an equal opportunity employer. #LI-CB1 9.24.26
