Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced
RN / LPN
Unit Manager to oversee nursing operations within our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of patient care, nursing management, and healthcare regulations. This leadership role requires a proactive approach to team supervision, quality assurance, and compliance with state and federal healthcare standards. The

Unit Manager will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional patient outcomes while fostering a collaborative and compliant work environment. Responsibilities Lead and supervise nursing staff, including registered nurses (RNs) and licensed practical nurses (LPNs), ensuring high-quality patient care delivery. Coordinate daily unit operations, including patient assessments, medication administration, and medical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and other regulations. Oversee compliance with nursing policies, long-term care regulations, and safety protocols such as infection control and aseptic techniques. Manage staffing schedules, training programs, and performance evaluations to promote team development and retention. Facilitate interdisciplinary communication among healthcare providers to support comprehensive discharge planning, case management, and utilization review. Ensure accurate medical records management using electronic health record (EHR) system. Qualifications Valid RN or LPN license with current state licensure; additional certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS) are required. Extensive experience in nursing leadership or management roles within acute care, long-term care, or specialized settings such as ICU or trauma centers. Demonstrated ability to supervise multidisciplinary teams while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and other privacy standards. Excellent communication skills for effective managerial oversight and patient-centered care coordination. Pay:
$80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
