Part-Time | Doubles every other weekend (7:00 AM-3:00 PM & 3:00 PM-11:00 PM)
Pay Rate:
$50.00/hour Lead with Purpose—Make an Impact Every Weekend Acacia Care Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Weekend Supervisor to join our leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Registered Nurse who thrives in a leadership role and is passionate about delivering exceptional resident care while supporting and mentoring staff. What You'll Do Support the Director and Assistant Director of Nursing in overseeing daily clinical operations Supervise and guide nursing staff to ensure high standards of care and compliance Participate in state surveys, audits, and regulatory inspections Review and oversee resident care plans and discharge planning processes Ensure proper staffing coverage across assigned shifts Conduct daily rounds to monitor care delivery and team performance Address staff concerns and escalate issues appropriately Assist with new admissions, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition for residents Collaborate with physicians during rounds as needed Oversee medication administration and treatment accuracy Provide hands-on nursing care when necessary Perform resident assessments and monitor clinical status Contribute to performance evaluations for LPNs and CNAs Support overall facility operations with additional duties as needed What We're Looking For Graduate of an accredited nursing program Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of New Jersey Minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term care, rehab, or geriatric settings At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience Current CPR certification Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Benefits Comprehensive Medical & Dental Coverage
