Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care. Coordinate daily operations, staff scheduling, and monitor care plans for optimal outcomes. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans. Oversee medication administration, treatments, and ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols. Participate in staff training, mentoring, and performance evaluations. Respond to emergencies and maintain accurate documentation. Qualifications include an active NM RN or LPN license, minimum 3 years' clinical experience, and prior supervisory experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational skills, and EMR experience are required. BLS certification is mandatory, with additional certifications a plus. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly wage ($32-$45), along with benefits such as 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance, and paid time off.
