This position will provide and monitor standard nursing care services for residents in Long-Term Care Facility while ensuring that all patient care provided is safe and of quality nature, ensure that all policies and procedures are followed. This position will also serve as supervisor for the respective assigned shift. How does it get done? This position will provide standard nursing care services for residents in Long-Term Care Facility. Who are the customers? The staff, patients, and community. Ideal Candidate The staff, patients, and community. Minimum Qualification Must possess a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in New Mexico, or eligibility for such licensure in accordance with New Mexico requirements, or eligibility for a temporary license issued for employment at a specific institution in New Mexico and five (5) years of experience as it pertains to the essential duties and responsibilities of the classification. Employment Requirements Must successfully pass a background check. Working Conditions Work is performed in a hospital setting, long hours of sitting and computer use, bending, walking, phone use, must be able to lift 25lbs.
