What You'll Do As a Charge Nurse at El Castillo, you'll play a key role in delivering compassionate, professional nursing care to our residents across a range of care levels.

Responsibilities include:

Administering medications and treatments according to physician orders and care plans Monitoring residents' health and responding to changes in condition Collaborating with RNs, LPNs, CNAs, providers, and families to ensure comprehensive care Providing leadership and supervision to CNAs and assisting with delegation and care coordination Documenting care accurately and in accordance with state and federal regulations. Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, state and federal regulations.
