The Neonatal Care Supervisor will also mentor nursing staff and support patient-centered care across the department. Experienced neonatal nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary specialists create a strong team-focused culture dedicated to exceptional outcomes. Reporting directly to Nursing Leadership, the Care Coordination and Patient Flow lead will collaborate with nurse leaders, physicians, and healthcare professionals across Women's and Children's Services.
