$60/hour Briarcliff Manor Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing Care Position Summary Briarcliff Manor Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate RN Supervisor to join our nursing leadership team. This position is ideal for a clinically strong, hands-on nurse leader who thrives in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment and is committed to delivering exceptional resident care and staff support during evening and overnight operations. Key Responsibilities Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) and Associate DON with daily Nursing Department operations Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality resident care across assigned shifts Ensure compliance with facility policies, clinical standards, and state/federal regulations Conduct routine rounds to monitor resident care, safety, and staff performance Oversee medication administration and treatment schedules Provide direct nursing care and clinical support as needed Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and discharge planning Welcome and assist newly admitted residents and families Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams Address staff concerns, performance issues, and workplace challenges professionally Assist during state surveys, audits, and inspections Conduct annual evaluations for LPNs and CNAs Requirements Active and unencumbered New York State RN license Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a hospital or skilled nursing facility At least 6 months of rehabilitative/restorative nursing experience Prior nursing home supervisory experience required SigmaCare experience preferred Join a facility where your leadership and clinical expertise make a meaningful impact every shift.
